This year's conference was a fantastic day of learning, connecting, and collaborating to improve oral health.

There was a fantastic turnout at the 2025 Public Oral Health Conference with more than 500 oral health professionals joining us at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre for a jam-packed program.

  • Keynote speaker Dr Daniel Nour from Street Side Medics inspired attendees with his powerful personal story
  • Dr Sharon Hakkennes from the Victorian Department of Health explored the power of digital tools to improve health outcomes and create a more personalised health service.
  • Featured speaker Food for Health Alliance's Jane Martin presented on the power of policy in building a healthier future for our children.

We enjoyed engaging breakout sessions featuring insightful presentations from leaders in the field. Topics included research, advances in clinical practice, population health, and value-based healthcare.

Our afternoon wrapped up with a series of presentations exploring oral health and homelessness, the Towards Zero initiative and Smile Squad.

We welcomed a wonderful group of exhibitors, including platinum sponsor Piksters. Participants enjoyed speaking with the diverse group of exhibitors during the breaks.

Thanks to everyone who helped make the conference such a brilliant day of learning, connecting, and collaborating to improve oral health.
