OHV receives honour at Victorian Public Healthcare Awards

Publish date:

Oral Health Victoria received remarkable recognition at the annual awards, achieving the highest honour in the primary healthcare space.

What an honour at last night’s Victorian Public Healthcare Awards! We are beyond thrilled to take home the Primary Healthcare Service of the Year award.

Members of our Board, Executive team, and Senior RDHM staff attended the awards ceremony held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on Wednesday 26 November.

The Victorian Public Healthcare Awards recognise leadership and excellence in the provision of publicly funded healthcare in response to established and emerging community needs.

The award categories reflect the Victorian Government's healthcare priorities and focus on the sector's ability to drive change and improve health outcomes for all Victorians.

Presented by Minister for Health Mary-Anne Thomas MP, the award is testament to the incredible work our staff do every day to improve oral health outcomes for vulnerable Victorians.

Our CEO, Susan McKee, dedicated the prestigious healthcare award to our team of oral health advocates.

“To all the brilliant, passionate, hard-working staff at Oral Health Victoria, this is for you.”

We would also love to recognise the fantastic organisations we were nominated alongside, IPC Health and Your Community Health, for their commitment to enhancing the health of their local communities.
