The Victorian Oral Cancer Screening and Prevention Program
The Victorian Oral Cancer Screening and Prevention Program aims to empower health professionals in primary care to identify people at risk of oral cancer, recognise suspicious lesions and refer appropriately.

This program works with:
- Oral health professionals including:
- General dentists
- Specialist dentists
- Oral health therapists
- Dental hygienists and therapists
- Dental prosthetists
- Oral health educators
- Dental assistants
- General medical practitioners (GPs)
- Nurses
- Tertiary education providers (University academics and researchers active in the area of oral cancer screening and prevention)

Oral health professionals can visit the Oral Cancer Learning Hub at oralcancerhub.org.au, take the quiz and record 3 scientific CPD points.
General Practitioners who are registered with RACGP can access the learning module Oral Cancer: Prevention, early detection and referral and earn CPD.
